  2. Z pola golfowego mog\u0105 korzysta\u0107 posiadacze \u201ePrawa do gry” oraz osoby posiadaj\u0105ce Green Fee. Posiadacze \u201ePrawa do gry” maj\u0105 obowi\u0105zek posiadania zawieszki przywieszonej do torby golfowej w widocznym miejscu.<\/li>\n
  3. Wszystkie osoby przebywaj\u0105ce na terenie Obiektu Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club maj\u0105 obowi\u0105zek zastosowa\u0107 si\u0119 do polece\u0144 personelu.<\/li>\n
  4. Osoby nieprzestrzegaj\u0105ce postanowie\u0144 Regulaminu mog\u0105 zosta\u0107 poproszone o opuszczenie pola golfowego lub\/i zosta\u0107 obci\u0105\u017cone kar\u0105 finansow\u0105.<\/li>\n
  5. Wszystkie osoby znajduj\u0105ce si\u0119 na terenie pola golfowego powinny zachowa\u0107 podstawowe zasady bezpiecze\u0144stwa i zdrowy rozs\u0105dek.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Osoba posiadaj\u0105ca kart\u0119 HCP mo\u017ce wprowadzi\u0107 na pole golfowe osob\u0119 lub osoby towarzysz\u0105ce pod warunkiem zg\u0142oszenia tego faktu pracownikowi recepcji pola golfowego. Osoba wprowadzaj\u0105ca osob\u0119 towarzysz\u0105c\u0105 zobowi\u0105zana jest przekaza\u0107 osobie towarzysz\u0105cej zasady obowi\u0105zuj\u0105ce na polu golfowym, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci zasady bezpiecze\u0144stwa.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                  1. Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o.o. nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za jakiekolwiek szkody powsta\u0142e w wyniku nieprzestrzegania Regulaminu.<\/li>\n

Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o.o. nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za jakiekolwiek szkody powsta\u0142e w czasie przebywania na terenie pola golfowego, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci za szkody w mieniu, b\u0105d\u017a osobie powsta\u0142e z winy lub wskutek zaniedbania os\u00f3b graj\u0105cych lub przebywaj\u0105cych na terenie pola golfowego.<\/li>\n
                  3. Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o.o. nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za jakiekolwiek mienie pozostawione lub zgubione na terenie pola golfowego.<\/li>\n
                  4. Osoby posiadaj\u0105ce \u201ePrawo do gry” maj\u0105 pierwsze\u0144stwo przy rezerwacji gry na polu golfowym w stosunku do pozosta\u0142ych os\u00f3b, dodatkowo w wyznaczonych godzinach w weekend maj\u0105 przydzielone tee time dla klubowicza – rezerwacji nale\u017cy dokona\u0107 najp\u00f3\u017aniej do \u015brody przed nadchodz\u0105cym weekendem.<\/li>\n
                  5. Pracownik Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club, po wcze\u015bniejszym podaniu przyczyny, mo\u017ce zamkn\u0105\u0107 pole golfowe lub driving range (np. z uwagi na panuj\u0105ce warunki atmosferyczne).<\/li>\n
                  6. Na polu golfowym obowi\u0105zuj\u0105 Regu\u0142y Golfa R&A, regu\u0142y lokalne Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club oraz zasady etykiety gry w golfa.<\/li>\n
                  7. Wy\u0142\u0105czne prawo do udzielania lekcji oraz instrukta\u017cu gry w golfa na polu golfowym oraz driving range maj\u0105 wykwalifikowani instruktorzy wsp\u00f3\u0142pracuj\u0105cy z Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club.<\/li>\n
                  8. Wszystkie osoby znajduj\u0105ce si\u0119 na terenie pola golfowego zobowi\u0105zane s\u0105 do zawiadamiania personelu Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club o ka\u017cdej zauwa\u017conej nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bci, b\u0105d\u017a naruszeniu Regulaminu przez inne osoby.<\/li>\n
                  9. Osoby nieposiadaj\u0105ce wa\u017cnego green fee zostan\u0105 wyproszone z terenu pola golfowego Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club w trybie natychmiastowym.<\/li>\n
                  10. Runda golfa na 18 do\u0142kach Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club powinna trwa\u0107 maksymalnie 4 godziny 55 minut. <\/li><\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    1. Rozpocz\u0119cie gry na polu odbywa si\u0119 tylko z do\u0142ka nr 01. Recepcja pola mo\u017ce wyrazi\u0107 zgod\u0119 na rozpocz\u0119cie gry z innego do\u0142ka.<\/li>\n
                    2. Zawodnicy powinni zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 uwag\u0119 na bezpiecze\u0144stwo innych os\u00f3b oraz obs\u0142ugi pola golfowego.<\/li>\n
                    3. Nie nale\u017cy rozpoczyna\u0107 gry w przypadku gdy osoby znajduj\u0105ce si\u0119 przed nami nie odejd\u0105 na odleg\u0142o\u015b\u0107 zapewniaj\u0105c\u0105 bezpiecze\u0144stwo.<\/li>\n
                    4. W razie uderzenia pi\u0142ki w stron\u0119 innych os\u00f3b nale\u017cy ostrzec ich okrzykiem \u201eFORE!”.<\/li>\n
                    5. Nale\u017cy unika\u0107 wszelkiej zw\u0142oki w grze – zawodnicy graj\u0105cy wolniej maj\u0105 obowi\u0105zek przepu\u015bci\u0107 zawodnik\u00f3w czekaj\u0105cych za nimi. Osoby poszukuj\u0105ce pi\u0142ki powinny zasygnalizowa\u0107 pozosta\u0142ym zawodnikom za nimi, aby ich min\u0119li w przypadku przed\u0142u\u017caj\u0105cych si\u0119 poszukiwa\u0144. Zasygnalizowanie nale\u017cy wykona\u0107 w przeci\u0105gu 3 minut przeznaczonych na poszukiwania.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                        e) W\u00f3zek klubowy przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie dw\u00f3ch os\u00f3b.
                        f) Osoby korzystaj\u0105ce z w\u00f3zk\u00f3w klubowych ponosz\u0105 pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za wyrz\u0105dzone szkody powsta\u0142e na skutek nieprawid\u0142owego z nich korzystania oraz za uszkodzenia pojazdu.\n<\/li>\n
                      5. Zabrania si\u0119:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        2. poszukiwania pi\u0142ek w zbiornikach i ciekach wodnych oraz k\u0105pieli (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 200,00 z\u0142),<\/li>\n
                        3. gry pi\u0142kami z driving range na polu golfowym (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 500,00 z\u0142),<\/li>\n
                        4. gry na polu golfowym bez wa\u017cnego biletu wst\u0119pu (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 500,00 z\u0142),<\/li>\n
                        5. gry wi\u0119cej ni\u017c dwoma pi\u0142kami przez jednego gracza w dni powszednie,<\/li>\n

                        11. k) wchodzenie na pole golfowe oraz strefy treningowe, gdy jest szron (pod rygorem obciazenia kara w kwocie 1000z\u0142)<\/li>\n
                        12. grania na greenach letnich, gdy w danym dniu toczy si\u0119 gra na greenach zimowych (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 1.000,00 z\u0142).<\/li>\n
                        13. Pracownicy Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club maj\u0105 prawo, wyprosi\u0107 z pola golfowego osoby, kt\u00f3re nie naprawiaj\u0105 divot\u00f3w, pitch mark\u00f3w, nie grabi\u0105 bunkr\u00f3w, nie posiadaj\u0105 wa\u017cnego biletu wst\u0119pu, naruszaj\u0105 etykiet\u0119 gry w golfa lub nie stosuj\u0105 si\u0119 do pozosta\u0142ych postanowie\u0144 Regulaminu. Osobie wyproszonej nie przys\u0142uguje zwrot op\u0142aty za bilet wst\u0119pu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          II. ZASADY KORZYSTANIA Z POLA GOLFOWEGO<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          <\/p>\n

                          1. Z pola golfowego korzysta\u0107 mog\u0105 osoby posiadaj\u0105ce minimum \u201cZielon\u0105 Kart\u0119 PZG\u201d.<\/li>\n
                          2. Osoby nieposiadaj\u0105ce \u201eZielonej Karty PZG” mog\u0105 korzysta\u0107 ze strefy Driving Range.<\/li>\n
                          3. Na terenie pola golfowego obowi\u0105zuje str\u00f3j golfowy.<\/li>\n
                          4. Zawodnicy powinni dokona\u0107 rezerwacji wej\u015bcia na pole minimum 6 godz. przed planowanym rozpocz\u0119ciem gry. Rezygnacja z tee time rezerwowanego z wyprzedzeniem musi nast\u0105pi\u0107 minimum 24 godz. przed planowanym rozpocz\u0119ciem gry.<\/li>\n
                          5. Ka\u017cde wej\u015bcie na pole golfowe powinno by\u0107 zg\u0142oszone w recepcji pola golfowego minimum 20 minut przed planowanym rozpocz\u0119ciem gry.<\/li>\n
                          6. Rezerwacja wej\u015bcia na pole w przypadku niezg\u0142oszenia si\u0119 w recepcji pola golfowego przepada bez prawa do zwrotu poniesionych koszt\u00f3w.<\/li>\n
                          7. Zawodnicy proszeni s\u0105 o stawienie si\u0119 na pierwszym tee minimum 5 minut przed wyznaczonym czasem startu.<\/li>\n
                          8. Osobom kt\u00f3re trzykrotnie nie zg\u0142osz\u0105 rezygnacji z rezerwacji tee time zostanie zablokowana mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 rezerwowania wej\u015bcia na pole, na okres 30 dni.<\/li>\n
                          9. W przypadku braku ch\u0119ci wej\u015bcia na pole golfowe, po zakupieniu Green Fee, ze wzgl\u0119du na warunki pogodowe zawodnikowi nie przys\u0142uguje zwrot op\u0142aty. Wyj\u0105tkiem jest wyst\u0105pienie burzy z piorunami lub zalanie pola golfowego. W powy\u017cszym przypadku zawodnikowi przys\u0142uguje prawo do doko\u0144czenie lub rozegrania rundy w innym, wolnym terminie.<\/li>\n
                          10. Na polu golfowym w jednej grupie mo\u017ce gra\u0107 maksymalnie czterech graczy.<\/li>\n
                          11. Ka\u017cdy z graczy zobowi\u0105zany jest do posiadania w czasie gry w\u0142asnej torby golfowej oraz przyrz\u0105d do poprawiania pitch mark\u00f3w. Obs\u0142uga pola ma prawo poprosi\u0107 o jego okazanie w ka\u017cdym czasie podczas rozgrywki.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            IlI. ZASADY KORZYSTANIA Z TEREN\u00d3W TRENINGOWYCH<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            4. wynoszenia pi\u0142ek treningowych poza obszar driving range (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 500,00 z\u0142),<\/li>\n
                            5. gry na Greeny strefy gry kr\u00f3tkiej ze strefy Driving Range,<\/li>\n
                            6. gry na nieczynnym driving range (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 500,00 z\u0142).<\/li><\/ol>\n

Zawodnicy zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 do uprz\u0105tni\u0119cia obszar\u00f3w treningowych po zako\u0144czonym treningu tj. odniesienia koszyka pod maszyn\u0119 do wydawania pi\u0142ek, pozbierania po\u0142amanych ko\u0142eczk\u00f3w tee, zagrabienia bunkr\u00f3w, poprawienia pitch mark\u00f3w oraz divot\u00f3w (pod rygorem obci\u0105\u017cenia kar\u0105 w kwocie 100,00 z\u0142).<\/li>\n
                              2. Pracownicy pola golfowego Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club maj\u0105 prawo, wyprosi\u0107 z driving range osoby, kt\u00f3re naruszaj\u0105 etykiet\u0119 gry w golfa lub nie stosuj\u0105 si\u0119 do postanowie\u0144 Regulaminu. Osobie wyproszonej nie przys\u0142uguje zwrot uiszczonych op\u0142at.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                2. Staying on the golf course area and using golf facilities and equipment on the golf course is equivalent to accepting the content of the Regulations and committing to comply with the provisions contained therein.<\/li>\n
                                3. The golf course can be used by holders of „Right to play” and persons with Green Fees. Holders of the „Right to Play” are required to have a tag attached to the golf bag in a visible place.<\/li>\n
                                4. All persons staying on the premises of the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club facility are obliged to apply and follow staff instructions.<\/li>\n
                                5. Persons who do not comply with the provisions of the Regulations may be asked to leave the field golf course and\/or be charged with a financial penalty.<\/li>\n
                                6. All persons on the golf course area should be observant of the basic safety rules and common sense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  1. Use extreme caution near reservoirs and watercourses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                      \n
                                    1. You should follow the paths designated for this purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                        \n
                                      1. Persons under the age of 10 are not allowed to stay on the golf course area without adult\u2019s supervision.<\/li>\n
                                      2. Playing with a dog and walking around the golf course can only take place after obtaining the prior consent of the golf course receptionist, provided that:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                          \n
                                        1. the dog is kept on the leash and cleaned up after, including repairing the damages caused,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                            \n
                                          1. be no hindrance to other players and golf course workers,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                              \n
                                            1. the greens, the tees and the bunkers are not to be entered with dogs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                \n
                                              1. A person with a HCP card may introduce a person or persons accompanying them onto the golf course provided that this fact is reported to the golf course receptionist. Introducer of the accompanying person is obliged to provide the accompanying person with the rules applicable on the golf course, in particular safety rules.<\/li>\n
                                              2. Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for any damages caused as a result of non-compliance with the Regulations.<\/li>\n
                                              3. Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for any damages caused over the time of staying on the golf course, in particular for damage to property or person due to the fault or negligence of persons playing, or staying on the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                              4. Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for any property left behind or lost on the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                              5. Persons with the „Right to Play” have priority over other persons when booking a game on the golf course. They are additionally assigned a certain tee times during the weekend for the club members – reservations have to be made not later than Wednesday before the upcoming weekend.<\/li>\n
                                              6. An employee of the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club may close the golf course and\/or driving range after providing the reason in advance (f.ex. due to weather conditions).<\/li>\n
                                              7. The R&A Rules of Golf, the local rules of the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club and the etiquette rules apply on the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                              8. The exclusive right to give lessons and golf instructions on the golf course and driving range is provided only to qualified golf instructors cooperating with Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club.<\/li>\n
                                              9. All persons on the golf course are obliged to notify Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club staff about any noticed irregularities or violations of the Regulations committed by others.<\/li>\n
                                              10. Persons who do not have a valid Green Fee will be asked to leave the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club golf course immediately.<\/li>\n
                                              11. A round of golf on 18 holes course at Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club should last no more than 4 hours and 55 minutes.<\/li>\n
                                              12. The start of the game on the course takes place only from hole no. 01. The reception of the golf course may give permission to start the game from a different tee.<\/li>\n
                                              13. Players should pay attention to the safety of other people and golf course staff working on the course.<\/li>\n
                                              14. It\u2019s forbidden to start if the players in front of you are not at a safe distance.<\/li>\n
                                              15. If you hit the ball towards other players, shout „FORE!” to warn them.<\/li>\n
                                              16. Any delay in the game should be avoided – persons playing slower are obliged to let people waiting behind pass them. People looking for the ball should signal to the other players behind them to pass them in case of a prolonged search. Signaling must be completed within the 3 minutes allowed for the search.<\/li>\n
                                              17. Persons who violated the pace of the game may be asked to pick up the ball and move on to the next hole, or in extreme cases might be removed from the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                              18. After finishing the game on a given hole, players are obliged to immediately leave the green.<\/li>\n
                                              19. Players are required to repair their divots, pitch marks and to rake bunkers (under pain of being charged with a penalty of PLN 250.00).<\/li>\n
                                              20. Club Carts:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                  \n
                                                1. When using club carts, move on paved paths, failing that, in the shortest line possible along the fairway towards the green.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                    \n
                                                  1. The club carts are not allowed to be driven in deep rough, puddles, bunkers, tees, or 20 meters from the edge of the green and onto the green, as well as crossing between greens and bunkers (under pain of a fine of PLN 1,000.00).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                      \n
                                                    1. Club carts may only be driven by adults.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                        \n
                                                      1. The club cart should be returned within 15 minutes after the end of the round.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                          \n
                                                        1. The club car is designed for a maximum of two people.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                            \n
                                                          1. Persons using club cars bear full responsibility for any damages caused by the improper use and for damage done to the vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                              \n
                                                            1. It is forbidden to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                \n
                                                              1. litter the golf course, in particular to throw away cigarette butts on the grass, (under the pain of a fine of PLN 200.00),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                  \n
                                                                1. search for balls in reservoirs and watercourses and to bath in them<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                  (under pain of penalty in the amount of PLN 200.00),<\/p>\n

                                                                    \n
                                                                  1. play with balls from the driving range on the golf course (under pain of a fine of PLN 500.00),<\/li>\n
                                                                  2. play on the golf course without a valid admission ticket (under the pain of being charged with a penalty of PLN 500.00),<\/li>\n
                                                                  3. play with more than two balls by a player on weekdays,<\/li>\n
                                                                  4. play with more than one ball by a player on weekends and holidays,<\/li>\n
                                                                  5. play when the golf course is closed (under the pain of being charged with a penalty of PLN 1,000.00),<\/li>\n
                                                                  6. drive club cars after consuming alcohol,<\/li>\n
                                                                  7. disturb other players in any way, in particular by making noise, using words that might be considered offensive or other conducts that are not in line with golf etiquette,<\/li>\n
                                                                  8. Games on summer greens on days when the game is played on winter greens (under the pain of being charged with a penalty of PLN 1,000.00).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                      \n
                                                                    1. Employees of the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club have the right to ask people who do not fix divots, pitch marks, do not rake the bunkers or have a valid admission ticket, violate the golf etiquette and fail to comply with other provisions of the Regulations to leave the golf course facility. The person asked to leave the facility is not entitled to receive a refund for the entrance ticket fee. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                        \n
                                                                      1. RULES FOR USING THE GOLF COURSE<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                                                      2. Only persons possessing at least a „Green PZG Card” can play golf on the golf course<\/li>\n
                                                                      3. Persons who do not have a „Green PZG Card” may only use the Driving Range area.<\/li>\n
                                                                      4. Golf attire is required on the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                                                      5. Players should book tee times at least 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start of the game. Tee times booked in advance must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the game.<\/li>\n
                                                                      6. Each entry to the golf course should be reported at the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club\u2019s reception desk at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the game.<\/li>\n
                                                                      7. If you do not report the cancellation of the tee time to the reception desk your reservation will be forfeited without the right to reimburse the costs incurred.<\/li>\n
                                                                      8. Players are asked to show up on the first tee at least 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.<\/li>\n
                                                                      9. Persons who fail to cancel their reservation more than three times will be unable to make the booking of tee times on the golf course for a period of 30 days.<\/li>\n
                                                                      10. If you do not want to enter the golf course after purchasing the Green Fee due to the weather condition, then You are not entitled to receive a refund. The exception is the occurrence of a thunderstorm or the flooding of the golf course. In this case, the player has the right to finish or play a round at another free tee time.<\/li>\n
                                                                      11. A maximum of four players may play in one group on the golf course.<\/li>\n
                                                                      12. Each player is obliged to have their own golf bag and tools for fixing the pitch marks. During the game the Club\u2019s staff has the right to ask for it to be shown at any time. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                        III. RULES FOR USING THE TRAINING AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                          \n
                                                                        1. It is prohibited to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                            \n
                                                                          1. leave the hitting area and collect already played balls in order to use them again (under pain of a penalty of PLN 250.00),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                              \n
                                                                            1. shoot from a place other than the mat or places designated for this purpose with ropes (under the pain of a fine of PLN 250.00),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                \n
                                                                              1. take training balls outside the driving range area (under the pain of being charged with a penalty of PLN 500.00),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                  \n
                                                                                1. play on the greens of the Short Game Zone from the Driving Range Area,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                    \n
                                                                                  1. play on the closed driving range (under the pain of being charged with a fine of PLN 500.00).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                      \n
                                                                                    1. People using the training area are required to clean up their used space after the end of the training i.e. bring the basket back to the ball dispensing machine, collecting broken tees, raking bunkers, fixing pitch marks and divots (under pain of penalty of w PLN 100.00).<\/li>\n
                                                                                    2. Employees of the Wroc\u0142aw Golf Club golf course have the right to ask people who violate golf etiquette or do not comply with the Regulations to leave the driving range. The person asked to leave the facility is not entitled to receive a refund for the pad fees. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
